Testimonial #100: 20% Restocking fee on gift camera

Yes, Best Buy the rip off company!!!

I returned a camera post Christmas, since the person I purchased it for received two cameras. (never used,etc). Best Buy tells me there is a 20% restocking fee! I told them I would put it back on the shelf myself so there would be not restocking fee, however of course that did not work! None of my nice talking or my ranting and raving helped, I was charged the restocking fee!

I called the headquarters with no luck from many managers in their office. Finally the VP (so he says) said he would give me a gift card, not cash or credit for the 20% amount. What do you think I did? I told him he could keep his gift card, because I would not by a battery in Best Buy!!

I have never been in there again and never will. I tell everyone I can!! Keep up the good work you are doing!!
