Testimonial #45: Playstation 2 HELL

I had my mind set on a new playstation 2 system so I head down to my local north alabama best buy store, little did I know the hell was about to begin. I went back to the video game section and picked up a new ps2 system and a new game. The sales dude walked up and said "So you getting a new ps2 system today?" I said yes, He said "you really should get the replacement plan for it" I said I didn't want it about 4 times, I could tell he was getting mad at me for not getting it. He then tried to sell me every acc for the ps2 system he could, extra controllers, game guides, memory cards, I told him I wanted noting but what I had in my cart. He then got pissed at me and told me then that "I should get the xbox system instead" I said I'm getting the ps2 and the game and nothing else. He then got real pissed and told me since "I was not getting anything else I should just go to wal-mart" This really pissed me off that this guy was trying to get me to leave and not buy a thing. I threw the ps2 down and headed out the store. On my way out I told the guy who checks the bags about the guy telling me to go to wal-mart and buy the ps2 and he called the manager, The manager listened to my story but I could tell he didn't give a rats ass about what happened. Needless to say I went right back and got the stuff I had and headed to the checkout, The girl at the checkout ask me " Did the guy in the video game dept tell me about the replacement plan" I said yes, I don't want anything else. She went on and on about how good it was. I said I didn't want it for the 10th time that night. I paid and headed out the store with thoughts of never stepping foot in again. On another trip into the store I went looking for a set of those family walkie talkie radio's for a trip I was about to take, I pickup the set I wanted and headed to the checkout to pay. The girl then started with the replacement plan, She said " This plan will cover lighting damage" I thoughty to myself " If this radio gets struck I don't have to worry about getting them replaced cause I'll be a goner too" What a bunch jackass's Moral of this story is do your research on the web about the products you are thinking about buying in a bestbuy store and don't listen to those dumb jackass's.
